The staff is super-friendly, accommodating and always ready to help with anything - from arranging transportation to recommending nearby restaurants for dinner. They make you feel welcome right from the moment you step in the door.
Another great aspect of Guesthouse Outa is their attention to detail. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi, desk and lamp, and tea/coffee facilities. There's even a small kitchenette where you can prepare your own meals if you prefer to cook rather than eat out. Overall, I found the environment peaceful and conducive for getting work done.
Lastly, their location is perfect for business travelers. The Guesthouse is just a short distance from the city's business district, making it easy to attend meetings and events. Everything was nice, nonetheless we stayed for 5 nights only. Very central location just next door to the main bus station and Rovaneimi City centre and other bus stops, it was in a downtown area. The staff there were nice and nice.
I appreciated stay in this place!
The staff were affable and amicable made my stay perfect. There were lovely beds and an iron and ironing board, coffee/tea makers, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels in the twin room. The location was fantastic, close to Lappia House.
In total fantastic stay, I 100% recommend!
Everything is great, I truly enjoyed warm room and cosy location. It's my first option in Rovaniemi, thank you very much.
