As a frequent business traveler, I appreciate the convenience and comfort that Hilton Helsinki Airport offers. One of the top services I loved during my stay was their room service. The hotel restaurant offers an excellent range of dishes that cater to all tastes. Their prompt and efficient delivery made me feel I was dining in the restaurant. Additionally, the breakfast menu was extensive, offering both local and international options, ensuring a good start to my day.
Another great service they provide is dry cleaning. During my stay, I needed a few shirts cleaned for my business meetings, and the hotel's dry-cleaning service came in handy. They collected my laundry from the room, and within a few hours, all the items came back looking crisp and clean, perfectly pressed and folded. This thoughtful service saved me time and stress, allowing me to focus on my business assignments.
Last but not least, the bell staff/porter made my stay outstanding. They were friendly, professional, and very helpful. They assisted me with my luggage and were always ready to offer recommendations on nice places to visit in the city. Their warm welcome combined with a refreshing drink upon my arrival added a personal touch to my stay, making me feel like a valued guest. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel near the airport. The location was perfect, as it was just a short 10-minute walk to the departures area. This made it incredibly convenient for our early morning flight. Additionally, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the spacious room with a comfortable bed made for a pleasant and restful stay. We also appreciated the hotel facilities, such as the desk in the room that provided convenience for travelers with multiple luggage.
Nothing could have been better.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, conveniently located within walking distance from the airport terminal. It was a relief to know that I could easily reach my room with the cart, especially when traveling with multiple bags, a pet, and a child. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive, and I appreciated the attention to detail in preparing the room for my cat's stay. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service and even organizing a fun treasure hunt for the kids.
