As a frequent business traveler, I know the importance of convenience and efficiency when it comes to hotel service. That's why I absolutely loved my stay at Holiday Inn Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, An IHG Hotel in Vantaa. Not only were the rooms spacious and comfortable, but the room service was exceptional. I enjoyed being able to order a meal and have it delivered right to my door, especially when I had a long day of meetings and didn't want to leave my room. Additionally, the hotel offers a grocery shopping service which was incredibly convenient for me. I was able to place an order and have it delivered to my room upon arrival, which saved me time and energy in finding a nearby grocery store.
Another highlight of my stay was the availability of car hire. With business meetings all over Helsinki, it was particularly useful to be able to rent a car through the hotel and have it waiting for me when I arrived. The dry cleaning service also came in handy, as I was able to have my suit cleaned and ironed the night before an important presentation. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping my room clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated the laundry service. It was comforting to know that I had access to clean clothes without leaving the hotel. Finally, the hotel offered a free airport shuttle which made transportation to and from the airport incredibly easy and stress-free. And, upon arrival, I was welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink which was a nice touch after a long flight. All in all, I would highly recommend the Holiday Inn Helsinki-Vantaa Airport for any business traveler looking for convenience and top-notch service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff greeted us with professionalism and a warm smile upon arrival, making us feel comfortable throughout our three-night stay. We appreciated their helpfulness and dependability, treating us as individuals rather than just another customer. The hotel's proximity to the airport was extremely convenient, with a free shuttle available, ensuring a hassle-free journey. The location also provided easy access to a major shopping center within a 15-minute walk, adding to the convenience of our stay. Cleanliness and hotel facilities were commendable, reflecting the hotel's commitment to maintaining a high standard.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The best part was the convenient transportation, with a free shuttle to and from the airport, which only took about 10-15 minutes. Additionally, the hotel was located near a major shopping center, providing plenty of eating options. The breakfast buffet was simple, but nice, and the showers had hot water and good water pressure.

The variety of choices at breakfast catered to different tastes, including Finnish specialties and Japanese options. The hotel's location was ideal, with large shopping malls just a short walk away. The transportation services were excellent, with a free bus that shuttled us to and from the airport, making our travel hassle-free. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided exceptional service throughout our stay.
